Ever need to find me in a crowd? Easy to do, just look for the gal with a high bun. Probably a red lip. Definitely some heavy fringe across the forehead.

I don't usually do how-to's on the site, recipes aside, but I was inspired by the Dove Great Style Effect to throw my hat into the ring of tutorials.

So, without further ado, this is how I create my bun.....day after day.....no awkward tubes or socks necessary!

Few quick tips: dirty hair usually works best, but I can achieve the same wonderful texture with Oribe dry shampoo. I also adore their hairspray. Also a huge fan of the small, clear elastics you can get at a drug store to secure your pony.
