Another recipe to enjoy your newly constructed bar cart!
I don't have a title for this homemade cocktail, other than "Fall, in a glass", because as the title aptly implies, it combines all fabulous fall ingredients in one fell swoop. Maple. Apple. Champagne. Does it get any better?
sparking wine (champagne, cava, prosecco, no need to be fancy)
Pour one part apple and one part maple liqueur into flute, top with sparkly wine of your choice, garnish with apple wedge and serve.
I think you'll find that seasonal liqueurs are bountiful at your local shops right now. Take full advantage of them. I plan on serving this in advance of Thanksgiving dinner next week (hosting for my first time!!). Wish me luck. I will most definitely need it.
