French Flea Market Boudior

I plan to keep the french chairs and screen I scored from the recent European and Decorative Arts sale at Skinner in the bedroom as well, mixing modern elements with the antique, or as I like to call my style: barnyard meets eclectic French flea market. Marry a gilt accent table with deco paper and french design, why not? I am not terribly cohesive in a design sense, but everything is picked out by me, plan or no plan, and I know I will find a way to make it work!
The Camilla chandelier (Pottery Barn) is set to hang in my window alcove, to be framed by the fauteuils. That is, if it ever comes off back order. Pottery Barn gods hear my prayer.
Funky coral lamps, scored recently from TJ Maxx will sit stop the night stands, my first purchase from One King's Lane. Seriously, how good is that site? I went with a classic tufted bed from West Elm, in neutral velvet, which will be capped off by a pair of Jonathan Adler X stands. Probably my favourite purchase yet.
I can't wait to get into the house and see how everything comes together, "after" photos to come soon! Be patient with me over the next few weeks, I am sure to experience internet set up delays, moving mania, and all the fun that goes along with a relocation so the blog will have to take a bit of a backseat. I'll be back with more soon!
