Yes, I have found the perfect summer cocktail. Tis true!
Here is how our Saturday's typically go. I immediately steal the personal journal section from the Wall Street Journal, read up on style, seasonal recipes and wine. Then I head to the food store, stock up on ingredients, and set out to whip up said recipes over the remains of the weekend.
Husband is used to it. And I think quite likes the arrangement, even if it means sharing his WSJ.

This has evolved into our go to cocktail of the summer, substituting what ever fruit we have on hand. Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries all work well. The strawberry is a less fruity flavor, the blackberry, very fruity and the blueberry? Don't try it, it tastes like nothing!
