Allow me to introduce Harvey Faircloth, a new to me line, that is chock full of wardrobe basics, on trend separates, and very proper dresses.
It is a line that refuses to be easily labeled, but feels instantly comfortable. A juxtaposition of high/low, print/neutral, and classic vs. trend. In other words a little bit of something for everyone.
The 2014 Spring/Summer collection is "colored by a west coast mentality and east coast localities", in particular a "trip to Montauk, where an enduring waterfront community welcomes the seasonal arrival of city folk in search of tranquility".
It all pretty much boils down to this flower print maxi for me- insanely cool pattern and bold colors in a refined and simple cut that would be perfect for a wedding or date night. Another juxtaposition, that I personally like to find in my closet.
